Effective 27 October 2026. This policy covers ivjn.us and its voice assistant. Each tool on its own subdomain has its own terms; the CookieSync policy is at https://ivjn.us/cookie-sync/privacy/.

Who we are

ivjn.us is a home page that links to a set of tools. It is run by ivjn.us, and you can reach us at admin@ivjn.us.

In short

  • No tracking cookies, analytics, advertising or fingerprinting. The site sets no cookies at all.
  • The voice assistant stays off until you agree. When you use it, what you type or say is sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce the reply.
  • We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

When you visit

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the address you requested and the time, in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse, and keeps them in its logs for a limited time. If a request fails, your browser may send a network error report to Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from r2.ivjn.us, which is also served by Cloudflare. What is stored in your browser

ivjn.us does not use cookies. It keeps two small entries in your browser’s local storage:

  • ivjn.consent: whether you accepted or declined the voice assistant, and when. It is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.
  • live2.muted: whether you muted the assistant’s voice. It is saved only when you use the mute button or the microphone, and kept until you clear it.

You can delete both at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

The voice assistant

The assistant in the corner of the page is provided by live2.ivjn.us and only loads after you agree. When you use it:

  • The text you type, and the sound from your microphone while it is switched on, pass through our relay on Cloudflare Workers to Google’s Gemini API, together with instructions that include the language of the page you are on.
  • We use the free tier of the Gemini API. Under Google’s terms, Google may keep what you send and the replies, use them to improve its products, and have people review them. Please do not share sensitive or personal information with the assistant. Google’s terms: https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms
  • When the assistant searches the web, the search words are sent to Exa (https://exa.ai/privacy-policy). When it reads a web page, our relay fetches that page from its site.
  • Our relay does not store your conversation. It logs technical events such as connections and errors, which Cloudflare keeps for a few days.
  • The conversation shown in the panel exists only on that page and is gone when you close the page.

Your choices and rights

  • You can change your decision at any time with “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the assistant no longer loads from your next page visit.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to admin@ivjn.us and we will reply as soon as we can.
  • We keep no accounts and no conversation history, so there is usually nothing we can link back to you. Logs held by Cloudflare and Google are governed by their own policies.

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
